Acceptance and accounts

By using Fl8ws, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace activity, and ensuring that anyone you invite is authorized to use the service.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Fl8ws for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscriptions, credits, and billing

• Plans, credits, storage, retention, taxes, currency, and renewal terms are shown in the app or checkout.
• Credits are consumed by eligible generation and workflow actions and may expire, reset, or be limited according to the plan or package purchased.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
• Fl8ws may change pricing, plans, or credit rules prospectively with notice when required.

Customer content and outputs

You keep rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. Subject to these terms and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for lawful purposes. You grant Fl8ws the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content to provide and improve the service.

AI limitations

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity.
• Uploading content you do not have rights to process.
• Generating malware, credential theft, spam, fraud, harassment, or unsafe instructions.
• Attempting to bypass limits, access another account, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape the service, or overload infrastructure.
• Using Fl8ws in regulated high-risk contexts without written approval and appropriate human review.

Third-party services

Fl8ws may rely on model providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other services. Their terms, availability, safety filters, and output behavior may affect the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use Fl8ws in a way that may harm the product, users, providers, or third parties.

Disclaimers and liability

Fl8ws is provided as available and as is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fl8ws will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages.

Indemnity and changes

You agree to defend and indemnify Fl8ws from claims arising from your content, outputs, misuse, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms as the product evolves, with notice where required.
