AI providers and customer content

To generate or process outputs, Fl8ws may send prompts, uploaded assets, and related instructions to model, infrastructure, storage, analytics, payment, and security providers. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated health or financial data, secrets, or content you are not allowed to process unless Fl8ws has expressly agreed to support that use case in writing.

Sharing information

• Service providers and subprocessors that help us host, secure, bill, analyze, support, and operate the product.
• Payment processors and tax providers for transactions and subscription management.
• Law enforcement, regulators, or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention and deletion
